2. Non-Returnable Items

- Digital Downloads: All digital files, prints, or design templates delivered electronically are non-refundable.
- Sale or Clearance Items: Discounted or promotional pieces are final sale unless defective.
- Gift Cards and Vouchers: These are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We require the following steps to be taken:

4. Custom and Commissioned Orders
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom-made or commissioned calligraphy artworks due to the personalized nature of these items.
Before we begin any commissioned work, we typically provide:
- A conceptual design preview (if applicable).
- A clear description of size, script style, content, and color scheme.
Please review and approve these details carefully. Once you confirm, the order becomes non-refundable and non-changeable. In certain cases, if a revision request is reasonable and made before completion, we may accommodate it at our discretion.
5. How to Initiate a Return
If you are eligible for a return, please follow these steps:

- Include your full name, order number, date of purchase, and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with a return authorization and instructions.
- Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and any documentation.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., sending the wrong item or a verified defect).
